It is a standard FARBAR as-is purchase contract. As-is means we do not ask for any repairs.
We buy your property as it sits. There is no "fine print" or hidden agenda.

No. Real estate agents have you sign a listing agreement, take pictures, and put it on the MLS.
Agents then schedule showings hoping to find a buyer. This can involve having dozens of
strangers walking through your house, some making offers contingent on their receiving
